The Portable Lake (also known as the Portable Pool) is a Special Agent that was first released on May 17, 2012 in an update to Bloons TD 5. It is a land counterpart to the Pontoon. It allows water towers to be placed on land. It costs 40 to purchase one in BTD5. 50 Portable Lakes are required to be placed in order to unlock the pro version, the Sea Monster.
In BTD6, it appears as a Power and costs 50 (40 with "Cheaper Lakes" MK). In Bloons TD 6, a "Portable Lava Lake" tower skin was released in the 25.0 update. It can be purchased in the Trophy Store for 35.
